ABOUT AL CLAYTON
My name is Al Clayton, I am a local contractor in the community. My goal is to help individuals and families improve their property in the most cost effective manner and still achieve their desire for change.
My years of experience in this industry have shown me the most important part of making a building project or home improvement project successful is communication. Using modern technology to communicate or the good old-fashioned get-together to go over the plan and all the arrangements will be sure we both have a very clear picture of the expectations.
Living and working in Vermont I have developed a strong interest and experience with environmentally friendly, high-energy efficiency building methods. You can rely on me and my handpicked team of contractors for projects that few other independent builders will tackle including solar power system installation.
We are happy to be servicing clients in the Bennington, Pownal, Manchester, Shaftsbury, Arlington, Woodford, Readsboro, Stratten, and Dorset Vermont area.
MEET PAUL LAMPRON
We are very excited that Paul Lampron has joined the Clayton Construction team. We are very fortunate to have Paul work with us. Paul is skilled in trade work carpentry, sheetrock, plaster repair, painting, electrical, and low voltage communications. He is also a veteran and served in the Army. Along with his craftsman skills, Paul also has excellent creative ideas. He's thoughtful, respectful, appreciative, and curious about other people and their personal space.
In this photo, Paul is tiling a kitchen backsplash in Manchester, VT for a customer. Part of this project includes tiling a tub surround that has a Wedi shower system installed.
OUR CREW
Our team now serving the Bennington and surrounding communities. Kevin Conroy holding the hammer is a craftsman with a broad range of skills in home building and finish work. He has traveled around learning the trade. His last location was Nantucket working on coastal homes.
And, of course, Paul Lamapron in the baseball cap is featured above.
Also, Flaviano Jimenez-Alfonso is putting a knob and lock set in the door. He is in the Journeyman's state of the craftsman stage, very attentive and always looking for the next step.
