Most construction projects fall somewhere on a spectrum between a simple repair and a total remodel. Decades of experience means I have seen just about everything when it comes to building construction. No handyman project is too small, nor remodeling project too large. Even if the scope of your building project is enormous and requires additional contractors to make it happen, I organize and coordinate teams to make your construction vision real.

Your home is a sacred space, and it affects the rest of your life. If your home is broken down and tired, it will wear you down. Drafty windows let in cold weather that costs you on your energy bills and makes Vermont winters unbearable. Unlike many builders who take on small building projects, I also have experience with larger, more complex construction projects. One place this comes up is in remodeling rooms in your home. Some remodels are simple: a new wall put up or an old wall taken down, flooring replaced, and lighting fixtures changed. Others are transformative, changing your outdated kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, office, or other room into what you’ve always wanted. With a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, changing fixtures and bringing a space up to code are core components of my services.

Even a small bathroom remodel can cost an arm and a leg with the wrong contractor and blow your budget. If your builder isn’t comfortable putting in new plumbing and lighting fixtures, you might need additional contractors to cover these gaps. A skilled and experienced remodeler is able to take on these essential tasks without costing additional labor.
